Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

       All orders shipped within the continental United States over $50.00 receive free standard shipping. If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately at info@shopstashplus.com. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. You will be notified by email regarding any expected delays. S+ASH will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or there is an issue with your order. 

 

       S+ASH orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped via USPS. All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends, holidays & sitewide sales). It may be necessary to send your order in two or more shipments. Shipping charges apply only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for additional packages on the same order. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. 

 

WITHIN THE U.S.

 

Standard Shipping

      Orders typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days (M-F excluding holidays) after it ships. If you qualify for a free shipping offer, expect your order within 4 to 7 business days after it ships. Standard delivery must also be used for orders shipped to U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii.

Priortiy Shipping

      Priority delivery orders can be shipped to street addresses or PO Boxes in the continental United States. Orders are guaranteed to arrive within 2 to 3 business days (M-F excluding holidays), depending on the destination zip code.

 

Express Shipping 

      Priority Express delivery orders can be shipped to street addresses or PO Boxes in the continental United States. Orders are guaranteed to arrive within 1 to 2 business days (M-F excluding holidays), depending on the destination zip code.

Lost or Stolen Packages

       If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report the lost to us within 14 days of placing your order or (4 weeks for international shipments). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.

 

Alaska, Hawaii

  • Only standard delivery is available (5-13 business days).

  • No express shipping or next day delivery is available.

  • All packages are sent via United States Postal Services

 

Track Package

Orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered by local post or its affiliates. When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at www.usps.com

 

Refuse Package

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

·        Original and return shipping costs.

·        Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.

The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchange Policy

      There are no cash refunds unless the item is out of stock or was unable to be shipped (see refuse package policy). An item can only be returned for exchange or "Stash Cash". If an item is purchased with Stash Cash it can only be refunded as Stash Cash.

 

      Original shipping charges are not refundable. Exchanges postmarked within 15 days from the day your shipment date get free return shipping. Exchanges postmarked after 15 days from the shipped date will be deducted $7 for return shipping from your order. Return label will be voided after 5 days from the date printed. Free return label is only valid for 48 Contiguous United States and only 1 time per order. Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within approximately 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return.


Return Conditions

  • Clothing returns must be in its original state, with all hanger tags and price tickets attached. Clothing must not show any signs of wear, or it will not be accepted.

  • Shoe returns must be in new, unworn condition, and must include the original shoe box.

  • FINAL SALE: All lingerie, shapewear, swimwear, and bodysuits are FINAL SALE. All Accessories includes jewelry, body chains, bags, sunglasses, hats, belts, tights/socks, scarves, key chains, costumes, are final sale. All mark down items are final sale. Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. Also, e-gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. S+ASH is not responsible for lost or stolen e-gift cards. 

  • During a Buy One Get One (BOGO) Free promotion, customers will buy one promotional item (paid item) and receive another promotional item of equal or lesser value for $0.00 (free item).

    • If you want a full refund: Both promotional items must be returned together to receive a refund of full purchase value. If a customer wishes to return one or both items:

    • If you want to return only the free BOGO item: The BOGO item that was charged $0.00 (free item) cannot be refunded and can only be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value.

    • If you want to return only the paid BOGO item: Customer must pay the full retail price of the free item, and so will be refunded the remaining money for the paid item.

How to return

  1. Send an email tinfo@shopstashplus.com or chat stating the reason for the return or exchange. Be Sure to include your full name and order number. If needed, there is a template provided below.

  2. Allow 48 hours for processing and response.

  3. You will receive an email with a return shipping label and instructions.

  4. Print out the USPS label and place your return label on the return package.

  5. Drop your labeled package at a Post Office.

* Your package must include the original order invoice. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and mail it to us. 

* We do not provide physical return labels. If you do not use our return label, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items.

International Return Restriction

     Orders shipped internationally aren’t eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges. You will be responsible for return shipping and handling fees. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
International orders returned to S+ASH will receive a refund for the merchandise but not duties, taxes or tariffs.
